B. Royal

Hailing from America’s Paradise St. Thomas, Virgin Islands Brandon Varlack stage name B. Royal started his musical journey in 2003 with a very popular local group called B.E.S.T. In 2006 B. Royal met “Drastic” while attending the University of the Virgin Islands, both graduates exploded onto the scene by capturing the title of the first ever V.I. Idol champions of 2007. In 08 B. Royal along with Drastic" teamed up with Island Swag Entertainment which led up to the release of their first EP on iTunes. The EP "Mix It Up" featuring their award winning single "Lay Your Body Down" and was followed by the group's first mix tape called "The Introduction" hosted by DJ Avalanche of the Virgin Islands, an eighteen track mix of their transition from college graduates to entertainers. The mix tape includes a feature from "Spragga Benz", the Young Money Cover "Island Girls" and much more. In 2012 the duo B. Royal & Drastic released with producer Justin "Jus Bus" Nation and reggae superstar Jah Cure the single "Kiss Me Girl”. The music video was voted #1 on Tempo’s Cross Caribbean Countdown and #6 on MTV Base Africa. B. Royal has featured on several other singles along with Drastic such as "Life II Live" , "So Seductive", and "Tell Dem Shoo" from The Caribbean Girls Riddim.  Brandon is currently working on a solo project with no expected release date. This project is sure to depict the more sexy and sultry side of B. Royal stay tuned…
